Recompete Survival Assessment
$2,500 · one-time
An evidence-based assessment of one option or recompete decision using actual performance, current economics, and the new requirements to decide whether to continue, reprice, restructure, or decline.
- The decision
- Should you continue, reprice, restructure, change staffing or coverage, or decline the next term?
- Scope
- One contract at one option or recompete decision point. Another decision point on the same contract is a separate $2,500 assessment.
Recompete Survival Assessment
$2,500
One contract at one option or recompete decision point.
One-time purchase. Payment is processed by Stripe; Bidurance never sees or stores your card details. Intake and secure document upload open in your account immediately after payment.
What it evaluates
- Actual performance and current economics of the incumbent term
- Wage escalation, staffing, and coverage assumptions for the next term
- Expected scope changes and new requirements
- Minimum viable economics of continuing versus repricing or restructuring
- Working-capital exposure across the transition
- Whether the next term should be continued, repriced, restructured, or declined
What you receive
A written assessment of recompete survivability: what actual performance says about the next term, what the evidence supports, what is missing, and the options that remain viable.
The Recompete Survival Assessment is a structured, evidence-based calculated assessment of one contract at one decision point, not monitoring. Externally verifiable material facts are independently verified against your documents, the stage economics are calculated deterministically with every formula printed, and automated QA re-derives the numbers before the report is released. It does not issue the pre-award GO / CONDITIONAL GO / NO-GO-REPRICE / UNDERWRITING BLOCKED verdict; that scale applies only to the pre-award Contract Survival Audit.
Not the right fit for
- Competitor intelligence or price-to-win
- A new live solicitation you are bidding as a fresh pursuit; the Contract Survival Audit may fit better
What you will provide after purchase
These are the kinds of information and evidence the assessment may need, not a list of fields you must type manually. Once payment is verified, your account opens a secure, stage-specific document upload and adaptive intake.
- The current contract, PWS, and the option or recompete documents you have (uploaded securely after purchase)
- Current actual labor and cost information
- Major performance lessons and known problems
- Expected wage escalation and scope changes
- Current margin estimate, if known
Bidurance reads uploaded documents and, for post-award assessments, relevant business records first. Verified information is used automatically; unresolved internal facts, operating realities, intent, and judgment remain for you to answer. If evidence conflicts, cannot be identified, or cannot be read reliably, Bidurance asks you to resolve the issue rather than guessing.
How it proceeds
- 1. Pay $2,500 through Stripe checkout.
- 2. Sign in or create your secure account (if you have not already).
- 3. Upload the evidence you have and continue answering the adaptive Recompete Survival Assessment intake while Bidurance reads it.
- 4. Verified information is used automatically. You submit the remaining business facts, operating realities, and judgment the evidence cannot establish.
- 5. Bidurance finishes resolving the evidence, runs the applicable deterministic calculations, and re-derives them in automated QA. The report is released to your account only when supported; otherwise, you are asked for the missing clarification.
