What we collect

Account details (name, email, phone), organization details, pursuit data you enter during intake, and documents you upload for a specific case.

What we ask you not to send

Do not upload Social Security numbers, bank login credentials, card information, or unrelated tax records.

How documents are stored

Solicitation and PWS uploads are stored in a private storage bucket. They are not publicly readable. Access is limited to authenticated members of the organization that owns the case and to Bidurance personnel performing the underwriting work.

How we use your data

Solely to perform the underwriting engagement you purchased, to support your account, and to meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data.

Retention

Case data and documents are retained for the duration of your engagement and a reasonable period thereafter for record-keeping. You may request deletion of your case documents.
