Scope of service

Bidurance provides lifecycle contract-survivability and profitability decision support for one identified contract and one material decision event. The five standard assessments are the Contract Survival Audit, Mobilization Survival Assessment, Active Contract Survival Assessment, Contract Change Survival Assessment, and Recompete Survival Assessment. The deliverable is decision support: a documented assessment, its drivers, and the conditions that would change it.

Not a guarantee

Bidurance does not guarantee contract award, profitability, financing availability, or performance outcomes. Analysis depends on the accuracy and completeness of the inputs and documents you provide.

Not legal, accounting, or bid-protest advice

Nothing delivered by Bidurance constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for your bid, pricing, and compliance decisions.

Your responsibilities

You warrant that you have the right to share the documents you upload, and that you will not upload sensitive personal or financial credentials unrelated to the engagement.

Fees

Each standard assessment is $2,500 per identified contract and material decision event unless otherwise agreed in writing. One contract + one material decision event + one assessment = $2,500. A later lifecycle assessment for the same contract is a separate purchase.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidurance's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
