Scope of service

Bidurance provides pre-award execution and financing analysis for a single identified pursuit. The deliverable is decision support: a documented decision, its drivers, and the conditions that would change it.

Not a guarantee

Bidurance does not guarantee contract award, profitability, financing availability, or performance outcomes. Analysis depends on the accuracy and completeness of the inputs and documents you provide.

Not legal, accounting, or bid-protest advice

Nothing delivered by Bidurance constitutes legal, tax, accounting, or regulatory advice. You remain responsible for your bid, pricing, and compliance decisions.

Your responsibilities

You warrant that you have the right to share the documents you upload, and that you will not upload sensitive personal or financial credentials unrelated to the engagement.

Fees

The Contract Survival Audit is $2,500 per live pursuit unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bidurance's aggregate liability is limited to the fees paid for the engagement giving rise to the claim.
