Refund Policy

This policy applies to all five Bidurance assessments: the Contract Survival Audit (pre-award), the Mobilization Survival Assessment, the Active Contract Survival Assessment, the Contract Change Survival Assessment, and the Recompete Survival Assessment. Each is a one-time $2,500 purchase for one contract at one decision point.

Before intake begins

If you cancel before submitting case intake and documents, the fee is refunded in full to the original payment method.

After intake, before delivery

Once analysis has started, the fee is refundable at Bidurance's discretion, prorated against work performed. Any refund is issued to the original payment method.

Assessment blocked

If Bidurance cannot complete the assessment because required inputs are missing or unverifiable and cannot be reasonably obtained, the fee is refunded to the original payment method, less documented work performed.

After delivery

Delivered assessments are non-refundable. An unfavorable result, including a pre-award NO-GO / REPRICE decision, is a completed deliverable, not a service failure.

Send refund requests to support@bidurance.com or call 931-444-6066. Refunds are returned to the original payment method; Bidurance does not issue account credits or transfer a paid fee to another contract.
