Refund Policy

Before intake begins

If you cancel before submitting case intake and documents, the engagement fee is refunded in full.

After intake, before delivery

Once underwriting work has started, the fee is refundable at Bidurance's discretion, prorated against work performed.

Underwriting blocked

If Bidurance cannot reach a decision because required inputs are missing or unverifiable and cannot be reasonably obtained, you may choose either a credit toward another pursuit or a refund of the fee, less documented work performed.

After delivery

Delivered audits are non-refundable. An unfavorable decision — including NO-GO / REPRICE — is a completed deliverable, not a service failure.
